Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”, also serving as the End User License Agreement) govern your use of the Math March game (the “App”, package com.akshaykotish.mathmarch, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) and the related website at mathmarch.akshaykotish.com, each provided by Akshay Kotish & Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for a general audience. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App and to make any purchases.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases of digital items such as power-ups and cosmetic King skins. On iOS these are processed by Apple; on Android by Google Play. Purchased digital items are virtual goods with no monetary value, are non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable store’s policies, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.

4. Ad-Free Subscription (auto-renewable)

What it is: the “Ad-Free” subscription removes advertisements and grants a free revive on each run.
Length & price: a 1-year auto-renewable subscription, priced at approximately ₹900 per year. The exact price is shown in the App before you confirm and may vary by region and store.
Auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it ends.

5. Gem Tickets & Rewards

The App and website may offer gem-ticket rewards. Not every ticket wins. Any rewards are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are governed by any rules published at the time. We may modify or discontinue rewards at any time.

6. Advertising

Unless you hold an active Ad-Free subscription, the App may show advertisements, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch (for example, to revive). Ads are served by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, cheat, exploit, tamper with, or interfere with the App or its purchase and reward systems, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This EULA is concluded between you and Akshay Kotish & Co. only, and not with Apple or Google; those platform providers are not responsible for the App or its content.
